Do unused credits carry over?
Monthly credits do not carry over, but top ups never expire, so a top up is the easiest way to keep a reserve on your account.
What happens when my balance runs out?
Reggie pauses until your next month starts or until you top up. If an answer does not finish, nothing is taken from your balance.
Who can use the credits?
Everyone in your organisation spends from the same balance, and every seat is included in the price.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from your billing page. Your plan runs until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Can I get an invoice and a data processing agreement?
Yes. The invoice carries your company details and VAT number. The data processing agreement and the subprocessor list are public on the legal pages and apply to every customer.
Is this legal advice?
No. We are not a law firm and we do not issue legal opinions, and we do not guarantee that an authority will agree with our reading. We do stand behind three things. Every finding is tied to a specific article of EU law, a second pass has challenged it, and the citation rests on the directive text and current guidance from the European Commission and national authorities. If you need a binding opinion you need a lawyer. We work upstream of that.
