Anti-bribery and ethics
1. Position
We do not pay bribes and we do not accept them. We do not make facilitation payments. We do not use third parties to do anything we could not do ourselves. This is not negotiable, in any country we operate in or sell to.
2. Gifts and hospitality
- Token gifts (a book, a bottle, a meal) are acceptable in the normal course of business.
- Anything above 100 EUR per occasion or 250 EUR per year per counterparty is logged in a register and reviewed.
- Gifts to or from public officials require advance approval from the operator.
3. Conflicts of interest
Anyone working on ECGT Ready discloses, in writing, any role, ownership, or material relationship with a customer, supplier, or competitor. The operator decides on mitigation (recusal, disclosure, disengagement) and records it.
4. Sanctions and export control
We screen new customers and counterparties against EU and UN sanctions lists. We do not knowingly contract with a sanctioned person or entity, and we will offboard if we discover one in our customer base.
5. Political donations
ECGT Ready does not make political donations. Individual employees or contractors are free to donate in their private capacity, but not in the company's name.
6. Reporting
Use the speak-up channel to report suspected bribery, fraud, or any breach of this policy. Reports are confidential and protected from retaliation.
7. Training
Anyone with a contractor or employee relationship with ECGT Ready confirms they have read this policy at onboarding and reaffirms annually.
