Accessibility statement
We aim to make ECGT Ready usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. This page records what we target, what is known to work, and where we still fall short.
1. Conformance target
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 at level AA. We treat this as a minimum, not a ceiling.
2. What works today
- Keyboard navigation across the public pages and the dashboard.
- Visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
- Form labels and ARIA descriptions on inputs, error states, and modals.
- Sufficient colour contrast on text against background in the default theme.
- Reduced motion: animations honour
prefers-reduced-motion.
3. Known gaps
- The scan results PDF is generated from HTML and has been spot-checked but not fully audited for screen reader order.
- Some marketing pages use animated reveals that, while they honour reduced-motion, may still be uncomfortable for some readers.
- Charts in the dashboard rely on colour to communicate severity; a textual alternative is provided but the icon legend can be improved.
4. Feedback
Found a barrier? Email contact@ecgtready.eu with the page URL, the device or screen reader you used, and what you could not do. We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days and to ship a fix within 30 days for accessibility blockers.
5. Alternative formats
On request we will send any of the legal pages here as plain-text or large-print PDF. Email contact@ecgtready.eu.
6. Review
This statement is reviewed at least once a year and after every material change to the dashboard.
