Acceptable Use Policy

This policy lists what you must not do with ECGT Ready. Breach of any item below is a material breach of the Terms of Service.

You must not

• Scan a website you do not own and have no permission to scan.
• Use the platform to scrape content at scale or to bypass access controls.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the prompts, models, or rule weights behind the scan engine.
• Resell ECGT Ready output as your own service or pass off our reports as those of a law firm.
• Abuse free or trial tiers (multiple accounts, payment-method recycling, automated trial creation).
• Upload illegal, infringing, defamatory, or hateful content, or anything that violates a third-party right.
• Use the platform to scan competitor stores as a service offering to others.
• Share your account credentials. One human per seat. Bots and automation may use API keys, not user logins.
• Send unsolicited commercial communications using addresses harvested from the platform.
• Probe or attack the platform's security outside of our responsible disclosure programme. See our security statement.

What we do if you breach

• For minor or first-time issues we email you and give you the chance to fix.
• For repeat or serious breaches we suspend the account.
• For abuse, fraud, or illegal use we terminate without refund and may notify the relevant authority.

Send abuse reports to contact@ecgtready.eu with the URL or account details and a description of what you observed.
