Speak-up channel
Why this page exists
The EU Whistleblowing Directive 2019/1937 requires legal entities with 50 or more workers to set up a formal internal reporting channel. ECGT Ready is below that threshold today. We still publish this page so the route is obvious, well before we cross any size line where it becomes mandatory.
What you can report
- Suspected breach of EU or Luxembourg law connected to ECGT Ready.
- Misuse of customer data or breach of our Privacy Policy.
- Fraud, bribery, anti-competitive conduct, or labour abuse in our supply chain.
- Conduct of any team member or contractor that breaches our values.
How to report
- Email: contact@ecgtready.eu, with "Speak up" in the subject.
- Anonymous post: addressed to the operator at Mamer, Luxembourg, marked private and confidential.
- You may report under your name or anonymously. Identifying yourself helps us follow up but is not required.
What happens next
- Acknowledgement within 7 days unless the report is anonymous and gives no reply route.
- Initial assessment within 30 days.
- Feedback on outcome within 3 months.
- Investigation is led by Mathys Seynaeve as the responsible officer until a separate compliance role is created.
Confidentiality and non-retaliation
We protect the identity of the reporter to the maximum extent permitted by law. Retaliation against a reporter or anyone helping the report is itself a breach of policy and a breach of the Whistleblowing Directive. We will act against retaliators.
External channels
You may report directly to the competent Luxembourg authority. For most matters this is the Comite d'ethique de la fonction publique, or the relevant sectoral regulator (e.g. CNPD for data protection). The Whistleblowing Directive guarantees that the protections apply whether you use an internal or external channel.
