Supply chain and modern slavery statement
Scope
ECGT Ready is a software-only operation with no physical products, no manufacturing, and no warehousing. Our supply chain consists of cloud infrastructure providers and a small number of operational SaaS vendors, all of which are listed at /legal/subprocessors.
Our position
We are below the thresholds of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 (annual turnover of GBP 36 million) and the German LkSG. We publish this statement voluntarily as a credibility signal to enterprise buyers and as a public commitment.
What we commit to
We do not knowingly engage suppliers that use forced or compulsory labour, child labour, or any form of human trafficking. We expect the same from any vendor we contract with. Where a vendor we use publishes a modern slavery statement, we read it as part of the vendor review.
Procurement
For new vendors we check, before signing: company registration, country of operation, public statements on labour standards, certifications, recent press, and SOC 2 / ISO 27001 if applicable. We document the review with the contract.
Reporting
Concerns about labour or human rights conditions in our supply chain can be reported to contact@ecgtready.eu or through our speak-up channel. Reports are treated confidentially and without retaliation.
Review
This statement is reviewed at least once a year and re-published on the same URL with an updated review date.
